What is a drop?

The drops of imported and curated inventory are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A drop on isabellawalkersmith.com runs exactly 10 days. Drops take place as inventory permits; no two drops are the same. Expect new drops seasonally. Drops, new arrivals, and restocks will be announced to friends and collectors on Instagram, my new website and e-newsletters. You will be the first to know when new drops land. 

Where do you source your objects?

You’ll find outstanding antiques, vintage furniture, one-of-a-kind artisanal pieces, and contemporary lighting, sourced from more than 10 countries, including France to Indonesia, Morocco, Italy, China, and more. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not currently offer returns. All sales are final, and all objects are sold as is. Most of our objects have lived many lives, carrying the beauty of age and history. However, we will reimburse or offer replacements for any objects that are damaged in transit or differ significantly from what was represented online. 

When is the next drop?

Drops are announced to our community via Instagram, the website and e-newsletters. Expect new Drops, new arrivals and restocks seasonally. Sign up to our newsletter to get notified and never miss a drop. 

Can I buy pick up In-Person?

We do not currently offer an option to pick up In-Person. 

How long can I reserve an object in my cart?

All purchases are first come, first serve. Objects are unable to be reserved online.

How do you ship heavy and oversized objects?

With our trusted freight partner who specialise in heavy and oversize object. Larger freight deliveries may take up to 10 business days to deliver. Depending on the object, a delivery appointment and signature may be required. Our delivery partners will contact you to arrange and confirm your appointment. 

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer Australia-wide free standard shipping. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Expect your order to be with you 2-8 business days after dispatch.
