Free shipping for orders over $500 Australia wide. For orders under $500, a flat shipping fee of $30 applies. Australia-wide free standard shipping takes 2-8 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

DISPATCH OF DROP

Orders from our May drop will be dispatched between Wednesday, 13, and Friday, 15 May 2026. Allow 2-8 days for delivery, depending on location.

We will endeavor to process any orders for products or services via the Isabella Walker-Smith website as soon as practicable. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.  

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

We work with third-party warehousing distributors who will endeavour to get your order out within 2-8 business days after your purchase. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Refunds are not provided for a change of mind. In the rare instance that any of our items arrive faulty, we must be notified via email within 48 hours of accepting delivery of your order. Please email a full defect description with photos to isabella@isabellawalkersmith.com

All sales are final, and all objects are sold as is. However, we will reimburse or offer replacements for any objects that are damaged in transit or differ significantly from what was represented online.

Customers are to return the item to the store in its original condition and packaging at their own postage/courier expense.
