Refunds are not provided for a change of mind. In the rare instance that any of our items arrive faulty, we must be notified via email within 48 hours of accepting delivery of your order. Please email a full defect description with photos to isabella@isabellawalkersmith.com
All sales are final, and all objects are sold as is. However, we will reimburse or offer replacements for any objects that are damaged in transit or differ significantly from what was represented online.
Customers are to return the item to the store in its original condition and packaging at their own postage/courier expense.

Lamps and smaller pots are currently Australia-wide wide free standard shipping. We do however offer an array of oversized pots which require a case-by-case shipping quote.
